Odyssey: The Summer Fantasy Writing Workshop, June 12-July 21, at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Prospective students must apply and include a 15-page writing sample by April 14. There is a $25 application fee. Tuition is $1600. If you would like to receive college credit, there is an additional processing fee of $150. We love working with developing writers, helping them to realize their potential and make their work the best it can be. The workshop, held annually on campus runs for six weeks, and combines an intensive learning and writing experience with in-depth feedback on students' manuscripts. http://www.sff.net/odyssey/

Squaw Valley Community of Writers, located in the California Sierra Nevada, hold their 2006 Summer Writing Workshop for Poets, (July 22-29), Fiction and Narrative NonFiction (August 5-12) and The Screenwriting Workshop (August 5-12).
