Top 10 Resources IN has been a trim, lean, fighting machine, ready to take on any writing topic, offering help to aspiring writers in every location, and giving hope and encouragement to all that seek inspiration. IN has opened its arms to the aspiring writer, inspired and encouraged all writers to achieve higher goals, and has provided the means for that to happen. The new direction will be all of this and more. As great as it can be! Inkwell Newswatch, I salute you! I will definitely be in the stands cheering you on! I’ll be the noisy one with the four-fingered whistle that you hear over the roar of the crowd! Count on it! When you come back, at the end of your restructuring, I will be ready to help you out with more columns. In fact, I’m looking forward to it! How exciting! I have enjoyed my first few years with Inkwell Newswatch. I have had an opportunity to write about things that have meaning in my life, and other things that just happen. I have truly enjoyed every minute. I find myself writing emails to myself with things that happen, and these emails are used for creating my columns later. I truly appreciate having had this experience. During this year, while I wait for the signal to start sending more columns for 2009, I will be enrolled in a course for writers. I took an aptitude test offered by the Institute of Children’s Literature, and passed with flying colors, so am going to spend some time, completing their curriculum. Who knows, maybe I’ll have a children’s book published by next year. Time will tell for sure. But, even at that, I’ll still write for IN. I promise. Another project that I’ll be working on is a published cookbook. The cookbook will be a collection of all my personal recipes that have been perfected – or at least the ones that didn't make anyone sick – over the past 20 years. I have talked about this cookbook for a few years, and now, this hiatus will give me an opportunity to buckle down and get it accomplished. When I have it somewhat ready, I will offer the opportunity for all my international associates to include their own recipes in my book too. Onward 2008!
