Encounters: One (1) ad in one (1) issue displayed on EVERY INDEX and CATEGORY page of the issue for that month, except the cover. There are approximately 40 index and category pages per edition. Your ad appears on approximately 40 pages.
Location: Your ad appears in the right-hand column of EVERY INDEX and CATEGORY page, except the cover.

Most locations and durations of advertisement runs are extremely manageable due to the adaptable nature of our publishing and website systems; however, the general run is for one issue. Multiple-issue runs are available and can be negotiated with the advantage of bulk discounts.

Pricing & Deadlines

All ad prices are based on a one-time run in one published issue of Inkwell Newswatch (IN). We rely on advertisers to supply finished graphics in .gif or .jpg format on time by deadline. All ads missing publication deadline will not be published and will result in the loss of your payment. Please ensure we have your ad graphics early.

Ad deadlines are the 1st of the month prior to the the month in which you want your ad to run. For example, if you want your ad to run in the March, IN must receive your payment and advertisement no later than the 1st of February.

Please note: Ad space is distributed on a first come, first served basis. If your choice of edition and ad placement has already been reserved at the time of your purchase, we will place your ad in an alternative location and/or edition.
